- Harvested the last of one of the lettuce plants since it was elongating like it was going to bolt soon. Cut it back to the ground. Will it regrow?
- Harvested 4 more radishes (all Cherry Belle, I think).
- Harvested a sprig of parsley with giant leaves.
- Transplanted 4 baby bok choi plants where the lettuce used to be.
- Transplanted a broccoli plant to where the broccolini used to be.
- Thinned the carrot seedlings == carrot microgreens.
- More garlic sprouts appearing!
