- Harvested another head of lettuce and another Cherry Belle radish.
- Planted the last pair of baby bok choy transplants.
- The previously-harvested lettuce is starting to regrow.
- Started a few more seedlings indoors under the new grow light: Joi Choi, Yuushou Pac Choi, Black Magic Kale, Little Gem Lettuce, Marvel of Four Seasons Lettuce.
